If you have ordered one product or many, your order will be processed quickly so that it is shipped by the promised delivery date.

We keep enough components and parts in stock to serve you as promptly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within five to 10 working days. We also make every effort possible to process and ship special orders in the same time.



10-year warranty

Synetik Design warrants its products against manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. The stool structure, pneumatic cylinder and all the fixed parts of the stool are guaranteed for life. The mechanism, foam and fabric are covered for 10 years. This warranty does not apply to products that must be replaced after normal wear and tear, or as a result of negligence, abuse, shipping damage or use other than in accordance with the instructions and warnings. Synetik Design makes no warranty that any of its products are suitable for any particular purpose and at no time shall be held liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, indirect, consequential, incidental and/or exemplary damages. This warranty is based on an eight-hour work day only, for users weighing up to 159 kilograms.



During the warranty period, Synetik Design will repair or replace any products covered by this warranty found to be defective. Claims must be made with a Synetik Design representative.

Limit of warranty

Any defective product must be made available to the Synetik Design representative for inspection. This warranty is only valid according to the terms above and only for the original purchaser. The original purchaser is the one who purchased the new products at Synetik Design or at one of its authorized distributors for their own use. Proof of purchase may be required.


After sales service

If you wish to exchange a recently purchased product, you must have the proof of purchase on hand and notify our customer service of your wish to exchange the product within 10 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Return shipping is payable by the purchaser. Additional costs may apply if the product has been damaged.
